Teen Tennis is a non-member class designed to teach beginner juniors the basics of tennis. Emphasis will be on learning the fundamentals of tennis including technique, proper footwork and the ability to play the great game of tennis. For Teen Beginners. Membership Not Required.
These classes are very important for your child’s development. Children will start learning the foundation of the game. Footwork and stroke technique, the fundamentals of the game, are the first priority of these classes. Membership and Match Play are required for Advanced Training.
Reinforcement and polishing of the fundamentals plus learning the basics of practice will be the focus of these classes. Fitness will be introduced at this stage. Membership and Match Play are required for Competition.
At the completion of these classes, students are expected to have the “tools” necessary to apply any kind of strategy during point or match situations. They will learn patterns to make them better competitors. The fitness aspect of the game becomes more important in this level. Membership and Match Play are required for Super Excellence.
