On Saturday, April 27th Rod Schroeder and The Racquet Club of Lake Bluff hosted their annual Boys LFHS Tennis Team Fundraiser benefiting Lurie Children’s Hospital. Thirteen members of Lake Forest High School’s JV and Varsity tennis teams organized and ran eight full courts of competitive, fun games followed by dinner. Over fifty children of all skill levels, ranging in age from 7 to 14 years, enjoyed two hours of action packed tennis fun. The event raised over $3000. All proceeds will go directly to the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
